COSEMN does not control the approval decisions, verification procedures, authorization periods, or release schedules of independent payment providers or financial institutions.

If your payment is declined, please verify your payment details, contact your bank or payment provider, or select another available payment method during checkout.

Checkout Security

COSEMN uses Shopify as its e-commerce platform together with participating third-party payment providers to support secure checkout and payment processing.

Payment transactions may be processed through systems operated by Shopify, payment processors, card networks, banks, and other authorized financial service providers.

We take reasonable steps to maintain a secure shopping environment. However, no online transmission method, electronic processing system, or data storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

  • Final order total

The amount displayed during checkout before order completion will generally represent the amount authorized for the transaction, subject to any separate fees applied by your bank or payment provider.

Currency and Foreign Exchange

Prices on cosemn.com are displayed and processed in U.S. dollars (USD).

If your payment method uses a currency different from USD, your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may apply:

Temporary Authorization Holds

In some cases, your bank or card issuer may display a temporary or pending authorization before a payment has been fully completed.

A pending authorization does not necessarily mean that a final charge has been completed.

If a payment attempt is unsuccessful or an order is canceled, the time required for a temporary authorization to disappear depends on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

COSEMN does not control the release timing of authorization holds.
